30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must include all original tags and accessories
• Final sale items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@truecoreessentials.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order for the desired product.
